The Printorealism 4×5 X-Ray Film Kit is a repurposed, blue-sensitive, double-sided emulsion film designed for large-format cameras and pinhole work. Originally manufactured for medical imaging, this material offers high speed, strong tonal separation, and a distinctive rendering not found in conventional photographic film.

Each sheet carries emulsion on both sides, producing a unique tonal character with pronounced highlight separation and a subtle diffusion in bright areas. It responds beautifully to controlled exposure and careful development, rewarding deliberate technique.
